Summary of Professional Experiences:
Mey taught in the Mounds View School District as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher, where she taught in both center-based and inclusive team-taught preschool classrooms for 3 years. Mey also completed initial evaluations for the district, eventually transitioning to working with families in the Birth-3 program until her second child was born. While at home, Mey kept up with her teaching skills as a Developmental Delay consultant with a local charter school. She has been with the TCEC team since fall of 2021.
​Personal Information:
Mey lives in the Twin Cities, the longest she has lived anywhere. She lives with her husband and three children. Mey enjoys spending time with, and traveling with, her family. Mey enjoys baking, cooking, and reading whenever free time allows.​
