Summary of Professional Experiences:
Jessica has been dedicated to the field of education for the past 19 years, with a strong focus on special education. Currently, she leads Twin Cities Education Consultants (TCEC), LLC, where she helps to provide vital services to schools, helping them navigate and enhance their special education programs. Jessica's work involves collaborating with the Minnesota Department of Education, various educational organizations, districts, and charter schools across Minnesota to ensure student programming meets the highest standards.

Jessica and her business partners have focused on closing the gap between clinical services and the special education support that students and families receive. They are pioneering the integration of co-located services, emphasizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior support. This approach aims to create a more cohesive and comprehensive support system for students, ensuring that both their educational and clinical needs are met in a unified manner.
In her role as a Case Manager in the 3-5 Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program for Anoka-Hennepin ISD #11, Jessica has been instrumental in managing and providing services to students with diverse developmental needs. She also played a key role in offering in-home services and conducting special education evaluations for the birth-to-3 summer program within the same district.
Jessica's expertise extends to program development, where she collaborated with K-12 Behavior Intervention Specialists to develop and run the 3-5 ECSE Behavior Intervention Specialist program. Her leadership as an Elementary Building-Based Disability Intervention Specialist involved organizing and supporting intervention teams, serving on child study teams, providing behavior support for setting III EBD programs, and offering crucial assistance to students, families, and staff, particularly in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Beyond these roles, Jessica served as the Assistant Coordinator for Blaine High School's Extended Summer Program and was an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University-St. Paul, where she taught in the Differentiated Instruction graduate program.
